(titrated to 50% in vitamin C), silicon dioxide°°, tangerine (Citrus reticulata) fruit peel E.O., plant-derived vitamin E (D-α-tocopheryl acetate), plant-based magnesium stearate°°, vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), manganese gluconate, sodium borate, vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), copper sulfate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin K1 (phylloquinone), potassium iodide, folic acid, sodium selenite, biotin, plant-derived vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), (extracted from lichen Cladonia rangiferina), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Directions for use

 We recommend taking 6 tablets (4 g) one to two times a day at any time (6 to 12 tablets a day). Close accurately after use.
